BOOKINGS
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of a deposit payment. The Agency reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable.Cancellations within 7 days of the event will require full payment.Rescheduling is subject to availability.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client must ensure:Adequate performance spaceSafe flooring conditionsSuitable music/sound system (unless agreed otherwise)
PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
The Agency reserves the right to adapt performances based on venue limitations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
TRAVEL & ADDITIONAL COSTS
Travel outside standard service areas may incur additional fees. Any extra requests must be agreed upon in advance.
LIABILITYThe Agency is not liable for: Injuries caused by unsafe conditions provided by the Client Technical failures beyond its control
Force majeure events (e.g. weather, restrictions, emergencies)
MEDIA & PROMOTION
The Agency reserves the right to use photos/videos from performances for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CONDUCT
The Client agrees to maintain a respectful environment. The Agency reserves the right to withdraw services if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. By confirming a booking, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
